Interested in Roleplay

I recently found that old roleplay [community profile] exsilium and had a blast reading through alllll the entries made by my favourite characters and reading up on the world. I'm quite sad I missed out on participating in its heyday! And my old appetite for rp is coming back. Does anyone have any tips for getting into the roleplaying scene here on Dreamwidth, or know any rp's similar to Exsilium that are active at the moment? I'd love a multi-fandom rp.

Greetings!

Hello! I am extremely new here. Found out about this place yesterday. But in light of the recent Tumblr Purge of which I'm sure you're all aware, I'm keen to set up camp in many places now as a safety net.

And this website looks lovely!

As a quick way to get everything you need to know about me out of the way right now, here's a friending meme I found and filled out:

DW username: [dreamwidth.org profile] theain
Other platforms (please specify): [tumblr.com profile] ain-individual [instagram.com profile] ain.individual [deviantart.com profile] ain-individual [twitter.com profile] ainindividual
Active/primary interests or fandoms: Animation, video games, WoW, art, writing, fanfic, comics
If you've seen me around, it's probably because: I made a couple of add-ons on Tumblr that got traction, most notably: "do pigeons shit on statues purposefully?" and the "do I have over-worked fatigue or under-worked fatigue?" ASD post. You also may have seen me lurking around @simonalkenmayer on Tumblr. I am his illustrator human. And I made a couple of posts for Once Upon a Time that were a little successful. I also wrote a couple fanfics way back to do with Ruby Gloom ("The Bright Side of the Dark Side"), JtHM ("Lights Out") and Creepypasta ("Strange Noise" and "Skinny, Not Tall"), although they're all unfinished. :^D And I used to illustrate for a huge Creepypasta fanfic called "Behind Closed Doors". I haven't touched Creepypasta for over 5 years now though.
I post about: Fandom and real life, i tend to talk a lot about the creation of film and writing, my experiences in making my stories and my VERY STRONG F E E L I N G S about my favourite characters.
I post/check my feed: It honestly depends which website, but if this becomes part of my usual circle I'll check it at least once a day.
I want to find people that post about: Animation, film, writing, dragons, inspiration for stories, pretty things, dragons, maybe throw in food sometimes, video games don't hurt, dragons....
I am most interested in interacting with people on: I'm most comfortable on Tumblr at the mo but I'm happy to shift around
My blog is: Public at the mo.
